CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

 

SLOW FLOW

 

Slow Flow is a mindful slowly paced yoga class that integrates body and breath to cultivate balance, flexibility and inner and outer strength.  This class consists of Sun Salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, twists, grounded postures and accessible inversions followed by a smooth relaxing savasana.

 

 

VINYASA FLOW

 

Vinyasa Flow is a moderately paced flowing style of yoga linking the breath with the movement.  Build strength, increase flexibility and balance and find your inner awareness.

 

 

YIN YOGA

 

Yin Yoga is a gentler, quiet, yet challenging practice that works deeply into muscles and connective tissues through extended holds of grounded postures.  Yin yoga specifically targets the hips, pelvis, lower spine and shoulders. This is a great for people who are looking to gain flexibility, relieve tension or simply relax.
